The Share button in InfoSparks makes it simple for you to disseminate the data you glean from your search with colleagues, clients and the general public.
After you have chosen your variables (search criteria) and selected the desired metric (Average Sales Price, Days on Market, etc.), just click the Share button (located toward the upper right of the screen):
The Share Options window appears, providing several options for the type of data and manner in which you would like to share it:
Step 1 lets you choose between a Static report (exactly what you see on the screen at the moment the data was generated) or a Live report, which will display real-time data every time it is accessed.
Step 2 allows you to determine how you would like to share the data:
- PDF- saves the report in PDF format, which is very accessible and easy to print.
- Social Media and email- generates a URL designed for uploading to your social media accounts or emailing to colleagues and clients.
- Embed- perfect for adding to a blog or personal website. You can choose between an image or interactive IFRAME. Regardless of which you choose, you can also determine its size.
- CSV- saves the raw data for use in a spreadsheet format.
