FastStats Showings Report

 

The Showings Report section of FastStats allows you to get a summary of all of the showings for the entire MLS (unfortunately, it does not allow you to drill down to a specific area before generating the report):

It generates a PDF report that is broken down by county and then individual towns:

If you scroll down further, you will see an alphabetized list of all of the towns.

The Buyer Interest column gives the ratio of showings to listings (with a filter that excludes listings that have not had showings in the first 28 days).

The Managed Listings column gives a count of all showable listings in ShowingTime (without any filter being applied).

In addition to the simple list of counties and towns (in the image above), there are several graphical representations of the data available for each county and town as you scroll down the report.
